The Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, also known as Colosseo Quadrato (Square Colosseum), is an icon of New Classical and Fascist architecture. The design was inspired to celebrate the Colosseum and the structure was intended as a celebration of the older Roman landmark. It lies in the district of Rome known as the Esposizione Universale Roma (EUR). Since 2015, it has housed the headquarters of luxury fashion label Fendi.
At the ground floor of the suggestive building there is exhibitions celebrating Italian craftsmanship. Now the exhibition highlights Fendi’s unique designs created specially for many iconic, award-winning films. Fendi celebrates its long-lasting bond with the world of Cinema through Fendi Studios: an innovative exhibition that takes guests through a digital, immersive experience, highlighting the important films in which Fendi has been featured. A different film will be projected each night in a mini vintage-style theater within the exhibition at 9 pm.
